Description

Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and healthcare lifecycle needs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Healthcare Operations to deliver high-impact products.
Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation through launch.
Ensure products meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare facilities.
Establish and maintain cross-functional communication and collaboration processes.
Serve as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
Use consumer needs and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Bridge product strategy and technical execution through a strong engineering or technical background.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Articulate DexCare’s value proposition and solution offerings to technical, clinical, and operational audiences.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience.
Experience with healthcare technology.
Strong engineering background required to collaborate effectively with technical teams and guide product decisions.
Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
Proven experience with consumer technology products for the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of patient, provider, and facility lifecycles.
Experience establishing product roadmaps and overseeing successful execution of product strategies.
Strong leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives.

Benefits

$135,000 to $183,000 annual salary.
Eligible for an annual bonus.
