Description

  • Conduct executive-level outbound prospecting to mid-market and enterprise technology leaders.
  • Build outbound campaigns focused on modernization, AI governance, and structural risk.
  • Personalize outreach using industry-relevant insight and context.
  • Lead challenger-style conversations that surface hidden engineering and architectural risk.
  • Reframe discussions around technical debt, velocity, and structural trade-offs.
  • Qualify opportunities using the Insight → Gap → Impact → Qualification → Commitment framework.
  • Identify executive-prioritized initiatives and measurable modernization or scalability gaps.
  • Validate access to the economic buyer and disqualify misaligned opportunities early.
  • Generate qualified executive meetings for system intelligence assessments, modernization roadmaps, and governed pilot builds.
  • Focus on pipeline quality over meeting volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SDR/BDR experience in IT consulting, enterprise SaaS, digital transformation services, cloud, or AI platforms.
  • Experience prospecting into CIO, CTO, and VP of Engineering personas.
  • Comfort discussing technical debt, cloud migration, DevOps maturity, AI integration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong executive presence in written and verbal communication.
  • Structured thinker who is comfortable using frameworks.
  • Curious about complex systems.
  • Resilient in outbound sales environments.
  • Strong discovery instincts.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
