Description

  • Liderar el diseño técnico y la arquitectura de soluciones backend y pipelines de datos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener servicios backend en Python y Node.js.
  • Liderar la migración y optimización de pipelines de datos desde Pandas a Polars.
  • Diseñar y optimizar procesos de lectura, escritura y procesamiento de archivos Parquet.
  • Implementar soluciones serverless y batch utilizando AWS Lambda y AWS Batch.
  • Definir y supervisar el modelado de datos y las consultas en MongoDB.
  • Guiar al equipo en buenas prácticas de testing, observabilidad, seguridad y performance.
  • Coordinar integraciones con plataformas BPM o low-code como Appian.
  • Realizar code reviews, mentoría técnica y acompañamiento en el crecimiento del equipo.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio para alinear soluciones con objetivos estratégicos.

Requirements

  • Experiencia sólida en Python para backend y procesamiento de datos.
  • Dominio de Pandas y experiencia liderando o participando en migraciones a Polars.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Parquet y grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Experiencia en AWS, especialmente Lambda y Batch.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Node.js.
  • Experiencia en MongoDB, incluyendo modelado y optimización de consultas.
  • Experiencia previa como Lead Developer, Tech Lead o Senior Developer.
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas y liderar equipos de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia o conocimiento sobre Go, deseable.
  • Experiencia con Appian u otras plataformas BPM o low-code, deseable.
  • Experiencia en entornos fintech, data-intensive o sistemas distribuidos, deseable.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas orientadas a eventos, deseable.
