Description

  • Lead and manage a team of staffing professionals, including onboarding, mentoring, and performance support.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact and escalation for customers, delivery, and recruitment on staffing matters.
  • Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledge to inform hiring decisions.
  • Ensure clear communication and visibility of hiring progress across stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Facilitate and lead information-heavy meetings such as kick-offs, interviews, and offer discussions.
  • Escalate and resolve hiring issues and blockers promptly, facilitating conflict resolution when needed.
  • Monitor hiring outcomes, analyze staffing metrics and KPIs, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring staffing or cross-functional teams, with hands-on Team Lead experience.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive staffing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and expectation management abilities.
  • Expertise in process development, continuous improvement, and implementing staffing processes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret staffing metrics and KPIs and apply insights to staffing decisions.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Desired: background in IT recruitment, staffing, or HR; understanding of labor market dynamics; proficiency with staffing/HR tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
