Description

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding for IT/tech roles.
  • Source, screen, and engage high-level technical candidates across LATAM to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to align hiring priorities and requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring teams, advising on market availability, candidate fit, and recruitment strategy.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and intro calls, and manage the internal interview and offer process.
  • Prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting.
  • Solid understanding of how software development companies operate and familiarity with technical roles.
  • Good understanding of technical terminology and the ability to discuss requirements professionally with candidates.
  • Proven ability to drive full-cycle recruitment and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Wide network and good understanding of the local IT community in LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia).
  • Strong motivation for individual contribution and teamwork, with demonstrated self-motivation and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, switch between tasks quickly, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities and Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Preferred: experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho, Applicant Pro) and recruiting process automation tools.
  • Preferred: experience with Google Suite and Jira.
  • Located in and authorized to work remotely from Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia; able to work full-time (40 hours/week).
