Description

  • Support daily recruiting operations to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process and manage related documentation.
  • Post job vacancies and respond to managers’ emails about open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in creating recruitment reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Communicate with hiring teams, external agencies, and candidates to support recruitment activities.
  • Support onboarding activities and answer payroll- or HR-related questions for new hires.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or streamline recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily stakeholder interaction
  • Strong coordination skills for managing day-to-day recruiting operations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of information
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain recruiting documentation
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and stress resilience
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Entry-level / early-career friendly with willingness to learn and accept mentorship
  • Desirable: strong proficiency in Google Sheets, basic design skills for visual/content tasks, familiarity with publishing platforms and ATS (e.g., Workable), and experience with recruiting or HR operations (preferably in IT)
