Description

  • Maintain the company’s on-premises and cloud server infrastructure.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize network systems, websites, and related services.
  • Automate CI/CD processes and infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve alerts from monitoring tools.
  • Address vulnerabilities and support reliable service operation.
  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure, deployment, and automation tasks.
  • Provide infrastructure, deployment, and automation support for client projects.
  • Participate in weekday daytime shifts and assist clients with monitoring alerts and issues.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in high-demand IT environments.
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows server administration.
  • Experience with web servers such as Apache and NGINX.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with Ansible and Puppet for configuration management and automation.
  • Familiarity with Git and networking concepts including OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, routing, 802.11 standards, SSH, HTTPS, and IPsec.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Desirable: experience with CI/CD, container orchestration, and IaC tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Desirable: familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Zabbix.
  • Desirable: understanding of security best practices and vulnerabilities.
  • Desirable: ability to build and monitor services on production servers.
