Description

  • Act as dedicated Scrum Master for two large teams working on internal Salesforce applications.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and guide teams in Agile practices.
  • Support backlog refinement and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work.
  • Guide the teams through the transition to Jira and ensure proper, consistent usage.
  • Define, track, and improve key Scrum metrics to drive team performance and transparency.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely team delivery.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders (Engineering Manager, Scrum Master Manager) and foster stakeholder alignment.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable team environment with strong transparency and visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile best practices.
  • Proven experience working with Scrum teams on a daily basis.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and experience supporting Jira migrations (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience defining/tracking Scrum metrics.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; experience with distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • High level of consistency, discipline, and attention to detail with a focus on transparency and team visibility.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Desirable: experience with Salesforce-based projects.
  • Desirable: familiarity with SAFe and relevant Scrum Master/SAFe certifications.
