Description

Participate in Dev.Pro’s screening process to assess career fit for future roles.
Provide information and background for recruiter review and technical evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business analysis and product-related work.
Evaluate complex business processes and contribute to solution discussions.
Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability artifacts.
Use requirements management, data modeling, and project management tools to support delivery.
Work within the software development life cycle and coordinate with IT systems and stakeholders.
Build positive working relationships across teams and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex business processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good command of BA methodology based on PBI or IIBA standards.
Experience with functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability.
Proficiency with requirements management tools, data modeling tools, and project management software.
Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with IT systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
