Description

  • Participate in Dev.Pro’s screening process to assess career fit for future roles.
  • Provide information and background for recruiter review and technical evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business analysis and product-related work.
  • Evaluate complex business processes and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability artifacts.
  • Use requirements management, data modeling, and project management tools to support delivery.
  • Work within the software development life cycle and coordinate with IT systems and stakeholders.
  • Build positive working relationships across teams and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of BA methodology based on PBI or IIBA standards.
  • Experience with functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability.
  • Proficiency with requirements management tools, data modeling tools, and project management software.
  • Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with IT systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
