Description

  • Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, views, workflows, approval processes, portals, and knowledge-management capabilities.
  • Provide Tier III development, troubleshooting, and analyst support to helpdesk staff and federal end users.
  • Manage release planning, testing, deployment, production readiness, and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity services, Exchange Online, and other systems.
  • Support Agile and CI/CD practices using tools such as Jira, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps Server.
  • Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, procedures, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Provide user training and collaborate with stakeholders to identify platform and process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
  • Hands-on enterprise experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Dynamics 365.
  • Experience developing Power Platform business processes, reports, dashboards, views, queries, and approval workflows.
  • Experience extending Dynamics 365 with .NET Framework and JavaScript; React and/or jQuery familiarity is relevant.
  • Experience with application releases, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity/authentication, enterprise integrations, Agile, source control, and CI/CD.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS clearance; current DHS clearance preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Government, Power Platform Government, federal/DHS systems, Azure services, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Functions.
  • Preferred: Experience with SharePoint integrations, customer service portals, knowledge bases, document-management workflows, and user-centered design.
  • Preferred: Current Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure certifications.
