Description

  • Own product surfaces end to end, including definition, design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance.
  • Partner with Product and Design to improve interactions, clarify constraints, define metrics, and simplify user outcomes.
  • Build responsive, reliable full-stack systems using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Temporal, and integrations.
  • Develop Editor, Growth and Monetization, Media, or AI product capabilities.
  • Form hypotheses, instrument features, release incrementally, and analyze results through experimentation and product analytics.
  • Improve engineering tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices.
  • Provide architectural direction, conduct thoughtful code reviews, mentor teammates, and communicate clearly in writing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products.
  • Experience owning end-to-end features or experiments that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
  • Ability to use AI agents effectively and think critically about applying AI to engineering work.
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to evaluate product impact.
  • Ability to navigate unfamiliar systems, clarify ambiguous work, and simplify complex product and technical problems.
  • Strong product judgment and attention to how software feels for users.
  • Rigorously validate work using reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence.
  • Experience with TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, or SQL (preferred).
  • Experience with editors, media products, creative tools, payment systems, AI agents, media-generation models, experimentation, video rendering, or audio/visual effects (preferred).
