Description

  • Set the technical direction for the CMS and component system with clear architectural boundaries and guardrails.
  • Own release and QA processes, including rollback workflows, staging environments, and deployment confidence.
  • Own Core Web Vitals and page speed performance and connect them to conversion impact.
  • Own analytics instrumentation and event taxonomy governance across the funnel.
  • Build reusable components and page patterns for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Maintain and extend the A/B testing setup so Marketing can run experiments quickly.
  • Partner with Brand, Design, Marketing, GTM, and Rev Ops to ship polished web experiences and maintain lead routing guardrails.
  • Enable self-serve content workflows in the CMS so creative teams can publish without engineering bottlenecks.
  • Own the technical quality of shipped work, including accessibility, SEO fundamentals, rendering, structured data, and cross-browser/device behavior.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant focus on web frontend or marketing engineering.
  • Experience with a headless CMS or visual editor such as Contentful, Builder.io, Webflow, or similar.
  • Strong foundation in HTML and CSS, including DOM debugging and accessibility awareness.
  • Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and ISR.
  • Deep familiarity with web performance practices such as Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, lazy loading, and bundle optimization.
  • Comfort with full-stack work, including REST APIs, serverless functions, data pipelines, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong systems thinking across platform strategy, dependencies, and operational details.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical constraints to marketing and GTM stakeholders and knowing when to push back.
  • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or PLG company where the website supports both self-serve and sales-led motions (preferred).
  • Experience with experimentation platforms such as LaunchDarkly, Eppo, or custom frameworks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and GTM tooling such as Amplitude, Segment, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce integrations (preferred).
  • Background in technical SEO, including schema markup, crawl optimization, and rendering strategy (preferred).
  • Experience with lead enrichment and inbound routing platforms such as Default, Clearbit, RB2B, or similar (preferred).
