Description

  • Work on design briefs from start to finish.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during creative brief sessions.
  • Create high-quality design work for client projects.
  • Source imagery and produce digital artwork.
  • Develop visual content for owned channels including onsite, app, and email.
  • Ensure design output supports client business goals.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends.
  • Learn from and apply constructive feedback.
  • Mentor more junior team members when needed.
  • Deliver work on time and within scheduled timeframes.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital design using industry-standard tools such as Figma.
  • Self-driven and resourceful approach to work.
  • Strong eye for layout, typesetting, and retouching.
  • Ability to collaborate well as a team player.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new skills and challenges.
  • Open to experimenting with emerging AI platforms such as Weavy.
  • Ability to flex creative style across different clients and timelines.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
