Description

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client work.
  • Design and produce large-scale digital ecosystems, including storytelling sites, premium eCommerce experiences, and animated product demos.
  • Translate business strategy into creative execution that supports measurable client results.
  • Build polished presentations in Figma and Google Docs.
  • Create developer-ready asset kits and documentation.
  • Proactively identify efficiencies, manage priorities, and solve problems in low-process environments.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder needs to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to align on goals.
  • Maintain strong organization, clarity, and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital, interactive, or brand design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with prototyping.
  • Motion or animation experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of visual design, UI/UX principles, branding, and typography.
  • Ability to build high-quality presentations and articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working across complex organizations and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment (#LI-Remote).
  • US remote salary range: $66,300 to $100,000 USD.
