Description

  • Shape business and data strategy with clients.
  • Perform analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, business forecasting, and applied statistics.
  • Present approaches and recommendations to Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Design and execute high-impact marketing analytics solutions.
  • Evaluate client work to ensure solutions maximize long-term value.
  • Manage data ecosystems, including ETL, data governance, reporting, and insights.
  • Take projects from RFP/SOW/BRD through delivery, including requirements gathering, data architecture, workflow management, QA, reporting, visualization, and presentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on analysis, deliverables, client communication, and management skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of applied analytics experience in marketing, product, engineering, sales, or finance.
  • 5+ years of experience assessing a client’s data portfolio, data tools, and data applications.
  • 3+ years of data management and consulting experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL; NoSQL is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one language for applied statistics, data analysis, and machine learning, such as Python, R, Matlab, or SPSS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to deploy analytics solutions.
  • Experience using LLMs and AI coding tools, with interest in the AI transformation of analytics.
  • Ability to manage projects from RFP/SOW/BRD to delivery.
  • Experience with project management, requirements gathering, data architecture, workflow management, quality assurance, reporting, visualization, and presentation.
  • Interest in mentoring junior colleagues.
