Description

  • Architect scalable, multi-platform test automation frameworks for agency-wide use.
  • Lead performance and load testing strategies using JMeter or comparable enterprise tools.
  • Partner with DevOps to improve testing infrastructure and environment management.
  • Define the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for large-scale transformations.
  • Provide technical QA oversight across multiple client accounts.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven testing tools, to advance quality practices.
  • Identify quality gaps and risks before they affect delivery.
  • Lead and mentor QA professionals while influencing technical roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in manual testing and QA automation.
  • Expertise in test automation architecture and design patterns.
  • Proficiency with Cypress, JMeter, and Postman.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Python, SQL/databases, and Jira.
  • Experience with performance, security, and accessibility testing.
  • Leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work on a 3-month contract and be employed on a W-2 basis through DEPT®.
  • U.S. work authorization, subject to E-Verify requirements.
