Description

  • Concept and design creative across digital, social, and video channels with a focus on visual storytelling and performance.
  • Support video and content production through pre-production planning, on-set shoots, and post-production collaboration with editors and motion designers.
  • Partner with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to align creative with the brief, brand voice, and business goals.
  • Own creative workstreams end to end and deliver polished assets on time and on brief.
  • Help shape campaign direction and raise the creative bar through strong visual execution.
  • Navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and provide proactive solutions to creative and production challenges.
  • Present ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and advocate for strong creative decisions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture through curiosity, accountability, kindness, and support for teammates.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Art Direction with a strong portfolio of video-driven campaigns, social-first content, and visual design work.
  • Previous agency experience working on high-volume, high-visibility accounts.
  • On-set and content production experience, including collaboration with video directors, editors, and producers.
  • Strong client presentation and communication skills with the ability to take feedback and advocate for creative work.
  • Excellent design sensibility with a strategic eye for layout, typography, motion, and branding.
  • A creative portfolio that demonstrates range in digital and video work and the ability to translate strategy into scroll-stopping creative.
  • Comfort balancing creative concepting with tactical execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Basic to intermediate motion design skills are a plus.
  • Experience at a performance marketing agency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs), and macOS.
