Description

  • Develop, launch, and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for assigned client accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research and build match-type targeting strategies using Amazon tools and third-party platforms.
  • Structure campaigns and ad groups to support portfolio organization, budget segmentation, and revenue goals.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as spend pacing, impressions, clicks, CTR, CVR, ACoS, and TACoS, and make optimizations as needed.
  • Perform search term analysis to identify converting keywords, expand targeting, and eliminate irrelevant spend.
  • Manage Sponsored Brands video and custom image ad formats in coordination with creative and content teams.
  • Collaborate with DSP strategists, content managers, and account managers to align Sponsored Ads with broader advertising and listing strategies.
  • Create performance reports and share data-driven insights and recommendations with internal teams and, when applicable, clients.
  • Research competitor advertising strategies and category trends to find new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, targeting strategies, budget trackers, and test logs according to department standards.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related experience in digital advertising or paid search.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) management experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising consoles.
  • Understanding of Amazon advertising KPIs including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with third-party PPC tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, Scale Insights, or similar is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working across diverse product categories for US-based e-commerce or Amazon Marketplace clients is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools; dashboard or reporting template experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaign cycles across time zones.
  • Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams, with reliable high-speed internet and a proper home office setup.
  • Amazon Advertising certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
