Description

  • Write and test high-performing ad copy across multiple platforms.
  • Own email strategy and execution end-to-end, including automations, broadcasts, deliverability, and autoresponder sequences.
  • Lead new funnel launches, including copy, setup, coordination, and QA.
  • Contribute marketing copy for ads, emails, VSLs, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Track competitor ads, funnels, and offers and decide what to test next.
  • Own customer avatar and voice-of-customer research and turn insights into conversion-focused copy.
  • Review marketing materials for FTC compliance before publishing.
  • Support media buying through performance analysis and creative testing ideas.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports covering campaign data, email metrics, and funnel performance.
  • Streamline workflows using AI, SOPs, naming conventions, and tracking systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in direct response marketing, preferably in info products, coaching, or online education.
  • Proven direct response copywriting experience with demonstrable conversion results.
  • Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, GHL, or Hyros.
  • Understanding of Facebook and/or Google paid ads.
  • Experience reviewing marketing materials for FTC compliance.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for marketing efficiency and output.
  • Execution-focused mindset with the ability to deliver projects independently.
  • Process-oriented approach with experience leading marketing projects from planning through completion.
  • Comfort working with ad performance data and making decisions based on numbers.
  • Async-first communication style and comfort using Slack and Loom without hand-holding.
