Description

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads or paid social campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests across ads, audiences, and creative content.
  • Support budget allocation and help ensure campaigns meet key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaign results.
  • Stay current on new trends and best practices in paid media.
  • Work across multiple paid media channels and platforms as part of day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • Interest in digital marketing, especially PPC and social advertising.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid search or paid social campaigns is preferred.
  • Willingness to work across search and social channels.
  • Openness to training, development, and certifications.
