Description

  • Work closely with the creative team to identify how AI can enhance workflows and products.
  • Build and manage end-to-end GenAI pipelines for high-fidelity creative asset generation.
  • Develop prompt chains, agentic workflows, and tooling recommendations for AI solutions.
  • Explore emerging technologies such as AI, multimodal models, WebGL, and creative coding to create new creative advantages.
  • Audit existing creative workflows to identify automation opportunities that improve speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Stay current on AI solutions for creative work by attending demos, trainings, and pursuing relevant partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing AI education and enablement for the creative team.
  • Help envision innovative solutions that differentiate DEPT® and support new business and client growth efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency experience in a design, production, or technology role.
  • 2+ years of experience using, implementing, or customizing AI creative tooling.
  • Design fluency and a deep understanding of design systems in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Technical ability to integrate AI model outputs into creative workflows using API orchestration and JSON parsing in Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience orchestrating multimodal foundation models such as Gemini, GPT, and Flux.
  • Experience with precision AI steering tools such as ControlNet, LoRAs, ComfyUI, and Weavy node-based workflows.
  • Comfort customizing or fine-tuning models, creating prototypes, and using creative coding frameworks.
  • Experience working with nationally recognized brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamics.
