Description

  • Define, manage, and deliver creative projects and programs aligned with client objectives and profitability.
  • Establish operating models, communication plans, processes, tools, and delivery standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop project management team members and direct reports.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, scope, risks, resourcing, capacity, and delivery health.
  • Lead status updates, stakeholder meetings, milestone reviews, and program communications.
  • Standardize creative delivery processes and tools across the Delivery team.
  • Provide delivery expertise during client discussions, business development, scoping, and resource estimation.
  • Support change management and resource allocation across shifting project needs.
  • Identify evolving client needs and opportunities while contributing strategic and operational guidance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience in advertising, creative agency, production studio, or a related environment.
  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing internal teams and direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools.
  • Expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Experience with project financial management, including budgets, ETC, EAC, profitability, project accounting, and opportunity estimation.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent client communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, problem-solving, organizational, planning, and risk management skills.
