Description

  • Own the development of project briefs that align with media strategy, campaign objectives, and paid media platform specifications.
  • Manage a creative roadmap across geographies and audiences in partnership with media and creative stakeholders.
  • Analyze creative performance data to surface insights, identify trends, and guide strategic direction.
  • Deliver clear post-mortems that evaluate creative test results and inform future creative decisions.
  • Act as a cross-functional point of contact across media, project management, account, and creative design teams.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to produce audits, performance reviews, and client-facing creative presentations.
  • Facilitate creative feedback loops and maintain organized documentation of testing progress and performance.
  • Grow into leading client calls and internal reviews while contributing strategic viewpoints and performance narratives.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Account teams to improve process efficiency and cross-team communication.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as case studies, testing brainstorms, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, media buying, or account management at a digital agency or in-house team.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable creative insights.
  • Comfort working with large data sets, including pivot tables and vLOOKUPs.
  • Strong writing skills for strategic briefs and performance recaps.
  • Comfort presenting to clients and leading cross-functional discussions.
  • Solid understanding of digital media channels such as Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, and Programmatic.
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for ad creative performance across platforms.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to juggle multiple projects under fast-moving timelines.
  • Experience working with creative production teams or managing creative development processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and tools is preferred.
  • Agency background in fast-paced, high-stakes environments is preferred.
  • Ability to advocate confidently for creative or strategic recommendations based on data is preferred.
  • Passion for both the art and science of advertising is preferred.
