Description

Manage mid-sized to large-scale digital campaigns and multi-track media workstreams with budgets typically of $1M+.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing plans with cross-functional teams.
Drive end-to-end delivery from kick-off through completion, ensuring work is on time, on brief, and within budget.
Monitor project financials, including estimates, actuals, ETC, EAC, and profitability reporting.
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate challenges early with solution-oriented thinking.
Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client delivery needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
Prepare agendas, run project meetings, and document decisions, action items, and next steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, documentation, QA, and delivery processes.
Support the adoption of new tools or practices that improve efficiency and cross-discipline collaboration.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to internal delivery improvement discussions.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in digital program management with ownership of large engagements or global media workstreams.
Experience managing multiple projects with budgets of $1M+ from end to end.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, including digital marketing strategy, media planning, SEA, social advertising, programmatic advertising, SEO, content, and analytics.
Experience working in fast-moving, complex environments with shifting priorities and requirements.
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches such as Scrumfall.
Proficiency with Workfront, Jira, Trello, and G Suite.
Strong financial awareness and experience tracking estimates, budgets, and profitability.
Excellent time management and cross-functional communication skills.
Confidence in decision making and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred or implied traits include being execution-driven, process-minded, collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-oriented.

$95,000-$120,000 USD anticipated salary range for US remote candidates.
