Description

  • Lead full-service clinical projects in line with the approved study budget and scope of work.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and participate in proposal activities and client presentations.
  • Oversee clinical project delivery across all functional departments to ensure timeline, scope, cost, and quality targets are met.
  • Manage all aspects of one or more clinical trials, including global and international studies when assigned.
  • Coordinate cross-functional study teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and sponsors.
  • Manage project budget, timelines, and financial objectives throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Prepare project status updates, performance metrics, and escalation reports for clients and management.
  • Review and prepare study documents, including protocols, project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
  • Support proposal strategy, development, costing, and bid defense activities.
  • Contribute to efficient trial management and execution as an active member of the project team.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences, or a related combination of education and experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience, including at least 4 years in full-service project management within a clinical trial setting at a CRO.
  • Previous experience in a full-service, global Project Management role in the CRO industry is essential.
  • Experience managing Oncology studies is required.
  • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven computer skills with MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint, plus experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals and teams internally and externally.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to clinical development plan execution.
