Description

  • Act as the lead consultant on customer engagements involving multiple project teams.
  • Define and communicate customer requirements and integration points within the statement of work.
  • Oversee project delivery by managing scope, change requests, tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs.
  • Manage day-to-day project administration from inception to closure.
  • Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams while managing expectations.
  • Serve as the central client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate escalations across sales, services, product, and other teams.
  • Compile customer requests and deployment issues and feed feedback into core products.
  • Document post-mortems and share lessons learned, best practices, and resources back to the consulting practice.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, especially AEM and AEP.
  • Experience in client-facing project management in an agency or professional services environment.
  • Ability to travel 40-60%.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and influencing senior client executives, including CMOs and CXOs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience with highly available, high-traffic internet or mobile service launches and operations.
  • Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies; agile project experience is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront.
