Description

  • Define solution architecture and lead implementations of Adobe solutions for strategic customer accounts.
  • Align digital experience and marketing technology architecture with customer business strategy.
  • Identify business drivers, required technology capabilities, and current-state architecture gaps.
  • Recommend future-state application architectures across customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with customer business and IT teams to define use cases, objectives, requirements, and architectures.
  • Align business strategy, IT roadmaps, and technical deployment teams throughout engagements.
  • Present architectural recommendations to technical leads and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT experts during customer engagements.
  • Improve Adobe Services processes, architecture practices, and delivery efficiency.
  • Share customer feedback with product engineering and product management to improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a solution or application architect, systems integrator, or senior consultant.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing use cases spanning CMS, analytics, personalization, e-commerce, DAM, mobile engagement, content, data, and customer journeys.
  • Experience delivering enterprise integrations involving big data, analytics, testing and optimization, personalization, and activation tools.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders, build consensus, and deliver solutions in customer-facing environments.
  • Ability to identify business challenges and align solutions with measurable success criteria.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience developing architectural methodologies, technical diagrams, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a leading consulting or technology organization; willingness to travel up to 40%.
