Description

  • Provide production support for the account team across paid social channels.
  • Analyze data and format performance reports with clear insights and explanations.
  • Implement account tasks and optimizations across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Build, upload, and edit campaigns, ads, targeting, placements, keywords, and negatives.
  • Monitor budget pacing and flag performance issues against KPIs.
  • Identify performance trends and develop report write-ups for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, including taking notes.
  • Speak to channel performance on client calls.
  • Learn and apply DEPT’s paid social marketing methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of paid social or relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to sort data, apply conditional formatting, and pull out insights from spreadsheets.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
  • Meta Ads Certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with TikTok and Snapchat is preferred.
  • An energetic, creative, self-starting mindset with a desire to learn and grow in marketing.
