Description

  • Lead and manage projects supporting the Global Key Account Program and its strategic objectives.
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items from Global Key Account meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client information, account plans, reports, and client portal content.
  • Engage internal stakeholders and provide insights supporting key client relationship objectives.
  • Participate in account meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
  • Partner with CRM managers to maintain accurate client data and communications lists.
  • Support regional leaders, market leaders, and attorneys with client development initiatives and events.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly program reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client and market leaders to develop tailored business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services organization; law firm experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or comparable tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to firm leadership.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Copilot or similar tools, and AI tools for project management and workflow.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, sales, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, follow-through, and self-starting abilities.
