Description

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely MIS reporting and provide detailed analysis of expenses.
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
  • Maintain and update balance sheet and profit and loss schedules on time.
  • Design and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, the Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and tax advisors.
  • Support vendor payment and procurement processes with proper documentation and compliance.
  • Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams on decision-making and process implementation.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team.
  • Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • CA qualification with 7 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP or accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel and MIS reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment.
  • Experience managing finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience in fintech, financial services, or exchanges is preferred.
