Description

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely MIS reporting and provide detailed analysis of expenses.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
Maintain and update balance sheet and profit and loss schedules on time.
Design and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, the Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and tax advisors.
Support vendor payment and procurement processes with proper documentation and compliance.
Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams on decision-making and process implementation.
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team.
Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.

Requirements

CA qualification with 7 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP or accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced Excel and MIS reporting capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment.
Experience managing finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Industry experience in fintech, financial services, or exchanges is preferred.
