Description

  • Support the development and execution of HCP marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Contribute to brand planning, launch readiness, and tactical planning processes.
  • Shape HCP promotional strategy and messaging using customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Translate scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling HCP-focused promotional narratives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HCP engagement across customer touchpoints and channels.
  • Own assigned promotional workstreams from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Develop tactical plans including timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for the agency of record on HCP promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial Operations, Sales, Market Access, Analytics, and Market Research teams to support aligned execution.
  • Lead promotional materials through review and approval processes and monitor performance for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree such as an MBA, PharmD, MS, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience.
  • HCP marketing experience with demonstrated promotional ownership.
  • Proven experience developing and executing HCP promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to translate scientific complexity into effective commercial promotion.
  • Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated executional excellence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to serve as the face of marketing to the field force.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from multiple data sources.
  • Experience managing agency partners and working within promotional review / MLR processes is required.
  • Launch experience is strongly preferred.
  • CNS, psychiatry, or specialty pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a small biotech or fast-paced growth environment is strongly preferred.
  • Up to 40% travel is required based on business needs.
