Description

  • Lead development and execution of pricing and contracting strategy across all commercial channels.
  • Design and manage contracting frameworks for government, payer, and specialty pharmacy partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on competitive pricing intelligence and market dynamics.
  • Own government price reporting obligations, including Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, and 340B compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of federal and state price reports.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting government pricing.
  • Lead the contract operations function, including contract administration, chargebacks, rebates, and data integrity.
  • Implement and optimize systems and processes for scalable, accurate, and auditable contracting operations.
  • Oversee compliance with state price transparency reporting requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Monitor the evolving state regulatory landscape and drive operational readiness for new mandates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Substantial expertise in strategic pricing, contracting strategy, and government price reporting.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and contracting strategy development.
  • Strong experience with government pricing programs, including Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, and 340B.
  • Experience with state price transparency requirements.
  • Strong proficiency with government price reporting systems and contract management platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and drive contracting strategy across multiple commercial channels.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Occasional travel required for industry conferences, payer meetings, and internal leadership events.

  • Starting base pay range of $252,365 to $290,000 annually.
