Description

  • Develop annual marketing plans, brand strategies, and value propositions for DT120.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from pre-launch through post-launch, including market assessment, segmentation, differentiation, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Oversee the promotional review process to ensure all digital and print marketing materials are compliant.
  • Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales teams to define evidentiary needs and support commercial objectives.
  • Direct external advertising, media, and market research agencies and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive digital marketing strategy across Veeva systems, social media, and web initiatives for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders to support scientific exchange and brand positioning.
  • Lead congress and advisory board planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred, including an MBA.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting industry.
  • Experience in product launch and brand management.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations governing healthcare professional and consumer promotion.
  • Experience with healthcare professional and patient/consumer marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and financial models for forecasting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to socialize commercial strategy and objectives.
  • Experience with REMS products preferred.
  • US market launch experience required.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior cross-functional and sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required, averaging 10-20% and reaching 50% or more in some months.

  • Starting base pay range of $251,775.00 to $294,965.00.
