Description

  • Represent Deeplocal’s capabilities, positioning, process, and brand in the marketplace.
  • Analyze market conditions, identify target segments, and develop prospecting and conversion strategies.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through insight-driven communication and strategic selling.
  • Lead pitches, presentations, RFPs, and proposal processes, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop business briefs by uncovering client goals, challenges, and objectives and communicating them to internal teams.
  • Review and improve pitch decks, budgets, messaging, creative content, and final copy for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Maintain business-development materials, including capabilities decks, case studies, and creative assets.
  • Manage CRM lead tracking, inbound communications, reporting, and post-mortem analysis of closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, Director of Technical Strategy, creative teams, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and/or 2–4 years of experience in a related, preferably client-facing role.
  • Experience in experiential or interactive marketing is preferred.
  • Strong client-facing communication, relationship-building, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and create coherent, compelling narratives.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Ability to make creative decisions, exchange constructive feedback, and lead project-managed pitches.
  • Comfort developing and implementing strategies while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Sugar.
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when necessary, and travel to Pittsburgh or client locations; a client-side network and interest in emerging technologies are preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,000–$125,000 USD.
