Description

  • Own the full product experience for Decile Hub, from first login through complex fund administration workflows.
  • Set and drive the product roadmap based on user needs, operational realities, and business priorities.
  • Make product decisions on what to build, what to defer, and what to cut.
  • Maintain alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Write detailed product specs with clear edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Use AI tools for discovery, research, synthesis, and spec writing to improve speed and quality.
  • Stay close to customers by running user interviews, shadowing onboarding calls, and reviewing support tickets.
  • Synthesize customer feedback into clear problem definitions and validate whether shipped features solved the problem.
  • Raise the bar for design and user experience across complex product flows.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, ops, legal ops, and customer success, while keeping launches on track and documentation current.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience shipping high-quality, complex SaaS products.
  • Technical fluency with Rails or comparable web frameworks and the ability to discuss implementation with engineers.
  • Daily, active use of AI tools in product work, including writing, research, and thinking.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for specs, emails, and Slack messages.
  • Strong UX sensibility for operational, financial, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to say no to good ideas in service of better ones.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments and creating structure where needed.
  • Must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific time.
  • Preferred experience with fund administration, venture capital tooling, or compliance workflows.
  • Preferred background in operations, legal ops, or workflow automation.
  • Preferred experience analyzing user behavior and creating practical user segments for onboarding, features, or support.

  • Salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 per year.
