Description

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to scope roles, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
  • Manage the CEO's and partners' calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the CEO and Head of Acceleration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency for appointments and business tasks.
  • Maintain files and databases to keep information organized and up to date.
  • Manage correspondence with executives and their support staff.
  • Be on call during key projects and provide fast-paced business assistance as needed.
  • Run ad hoc projects and support additional priorities across the business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience providing C-level support in a startup business.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Strong phone and videoconferencing presence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and intuition.
  • Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to tackle opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to create logical solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-growing business or startup environment.
