Description

  • Manage leads across phone, email, and chat communication channels.
  • Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads against predefined criteria.
  • Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Communicate the value proposition of high-ticket products and services clearly and persuasively.
  • Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
  • Meet daily activity and conversion targets, including 200 dials, 20 conversations, or 2 appointments booked.
  • Maintain an 8-hour workday expectation to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar setting or lead qualification role, preferably in high-ticket sales or a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products or services and explain their value to prospects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
