Description

  • Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and YouTube ad campaigns to improve performance and ROAS.
  • Oversee more than $100K per month in ad spend across both platforms.
  • Launch campaigns and respond quickly to ad account issues, flagged ads, or suspensions.
  • Monitor platform changes, including algorithm updates, targeting options, and new campaign types.
  • Conduct daily quality checks on funnel functionality and test all funnel pages for proper performance.
  • Create and maintain funnel tech integrations, including attribution tools such as Hyros.
  • Perform daily quality control on tracking sheets, including master tracking, ad audit, and budgets/projections sheets.
  • Identify and correct tracking anomalies or data errors before they affect campaign performance.
  • Execute daily media buying actions based on ad audit sheets.
  • Evaluate audiences, placements, and budget allocations using data-driven performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook and Google ad accounts.
  • Experience handling more than $100K per month in ad spend across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of the high-ticket coaching or consulting space.
  • Familiarity with VSL call funnels and how Facebook and Google algorithms work.
  • Methodical approach to launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Up to date on current trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Proactive mindset for identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
