Description

  • Own and execute DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and cross-team alignment.
  • Create, curate, and oversee social content, including copy, basic visuals, and coordination with designers on advanced creative.
  • Support executive and subject matter expert thought leadership through social content that positions DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
  • Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams on integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data and platform metrics to refine content strategy and improve social performance.
  • Draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, including follower growth and engagement.
  • Ensure social content follows platform best practices and supports broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands.
  • BPO experience is required.
  • Experience in B2B and BPO marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn following and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing practices.
  • Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is preferred.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to review, validate, and interpret social media metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and traffic contribution.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer; sponsorship is not available.
  • Role may be remote if not local to the El Paso area, with occasional travel possible.
