Description

  • Create platform-native memes, graphics, text threads, and short-form video concepts for X, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord.
  • Monitor online culture, gaming trends, and memes to publish reactive content within minutes of major moments.
  • Define and maintain a distinctive, strategic, human brand voice.
  • Engage proactively with creators, competitors, and community members in high-visibility conversations.
  • Develop video hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels using CapCut, native tools, or design support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Influencer teams on launches, announcements, and creator partnerships.
  • Test content formats and use audience and market feedback to improve social performance.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with X, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, Discord, gaming culture, streaming ecosystems, and internet trends.
  • Strong platform-native copywriting skills that capture attention and avoid sounding like advertising.
  • Proven experience managing or growing engaging social accounts, communities, creator brands, or personal projects.
  • Ability to execute quickly and prioritize timely content over prolonged perfection.
  • Excellent cultural judgment when balancing edgy content with brand safety.
  • Experience in gaming, esports, creator networks, Web3, or high-velocity consumer technology preferred.
  • Basic multimedia skills using CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred.
  • Track record of growing an organic social audience or community from scratch preferred.
