Description

  • Manage social content and publishing for multiple B2B clients across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop social strategies for brands and executives, including channel participation and paid distribution opportunities.
  • Build and maintain content calendars covering storylines, visual approaches, production plans, and publishing schedules.
  • Write posts and create graphics, carousels, and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Coordinate with editorial, design, video, and client teams to adapt announcements, interviews, reports, events, and executive perspectives into social content.
  • Monitor relevant conversations and engage on behalf of clients when appropriate.
  • Plan and manage LinkedIn-focused paid social campaigns, including audience building, budgeting, creative testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Analyze organic and paid performance, communicate results, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, including work with B2B brands or executives.
  • Experience managing social content calendars from ideation and production through publication and reporting.
  • Strong social copywriting skills across channels, audiences, and brand voices.
  • Experience creating social graphics, carousels, and short videos with tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Experience briefing and coordinating designers or video editors for larger productions.
  • Strong storytelling ability and editorial judgment when adapting complex source material into social content.
  • Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Ability to measure performance, report results to clients, and recommend next steps.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio or examples of created or managed social work, including the candidate’s role in each project; long-form content writing experience is a plus.
