Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Retail and CPG, with a primary focus on supply chain and a secondary focus on marketing and customer care.
  • Articulate Dataiku’s value proposition for Retail and CPG firms and help internal and external teams communicate it effectively.
  • Create materials that describe how Dataiku can help Retail and CPG organizations address business and organizational challenges through data and AI.
  • Support the capture and sharing of internal knowledge, client experiences, adoption stories, and use cases across the Retail and CPG space.
  • Support sales and customer activities, act as a spokesperson with prospects and customers, and assist with executive engagement.
  • Increase Dataiku’s visibility as a thought partner in the Retail and CPG industry.
  • Identify gaps in existing demos, solutions, and applications and help define the roadmap.
  • Build and tailor project demos in Dataiku for specific supply chain personas and customer contexts.
  • Update and create go-to-market materials such as slides, website content, and blog posts.
  • Fuel and qualify the solutions pipeline through business experience, workshops, market research, and partnership discussions.
  • Work with Product, R&D, UX, Partnerships, Data Scientists, and other teams to develop relevant solutions and launches.
  • Act as business and project lead, managing project coordination, dependencies, and alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Retail & CPG roles in the AI space, with a track record of delivering end-to-end AI-embedded supply chain solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Retail & CPG value chain and associated AI use cases, especially in supply chain and marketing/customer functions.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain tools, functions, AI capabilities, needs, and pain points.
  • Strong business acumen and experience addressing complex transformation topics.
  • Experience working within or in direct support of go-to-market and leadership teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering data, analytics, and AI projects in supply chain with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with data scientists.
  • Ability to provide clear recommendations and also build and deliver projects directly.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to orchestrate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar topics and evaluate opportunities or gaps.
  • Based on the US East Coast and willing to travel within the region and internationally about 10% of the time.
