Description

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned enterprise accounts across the territory, including leading organizations in manufacturing, energy, and defense.
  • Understand customer use cases and business outcomes, and help users achieve their goals through Dataiku’s products and services.
  • Translate customer business challenges into high-ROI solutions.
  • Partner with account teams, including Engagement Managers, Technical Account Managers, Data Scientists, and Sales Engineers, to ensure customer success.
  • Advise customers on implementing data science projects from design through production.
  • Build and execute customer engagement strategies, including Executive Business Reviews and account planning.
  • Use Customer Health analytics to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to grow customer relationships and support renewals.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer across Dataiku teams and partners.
  • Track performance against customer adoption, expansion, and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • 5-15 years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting, preferably in enterprise software or data science.
  • Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from business executives to data scientists, analysts, and IT teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and a proactive working style.
  • Strong knowledge of the data science project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience supporting organizations through their AI maturity journey.
  • Experience with change management during major programs such as onboarding, champion networks, and centers of excellence.
  • Based in or willing to work in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers.
