Description

  • Define the role’s operating model by building scalable programs and automations for repeated use across AMER.
  • Develop and A/B test enablement programs to improve user adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on workshops in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
  • Support customer onboarding and retention by educating users on Dataiku best practices.
  • Advise customers through regular touchpoints on applying Dataiku to their business needs and use cases.
  • Create self-sustaining enablement programs and communities of practice within customer accounts.
  • Capture and document customer use cases and success stories to communicate impact.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities that create additional value.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science roles.
  • A track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and work with urgency.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for both no-code and high-code users.
  • Comfort engaging with customer stakeholders from individual contributors to leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the AMER region.
  • Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure such as SQL and Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL (preferred).
  • Dataiku Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst certification (preferred).
  • Experience building and operating communities of practice or scalable post-sales programs (preferred).
  • A strong desire to learn new solutions and translate product features into business value (preferred).

  • US base pay range of $112,000–$124,000.
