Description

  • Own the commercial delivery of services across multiple concurrent projects in Asean and Greater China.
  • Define project scope, manage delivery plans, and mitigate risk across engagements.
  • Enforce project reporting, milestone tracking, and financial management for client projects.
  • Work with account management and customer teams to complete handover from sales to delivery.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders up to date on project activity, progress, and outcomes.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while balancing delivery responsibilities and commercial goals.
  • Support project success across engagements ranging from short assignments to multi-month, multi-person team projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing and overseeing big data projects.
  • Experience leading teams of up to 5 people on projects with contract values above $0.5 million.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale projects with global deployments, ideally in the big data and analytics industry.
  • Experience with industry project management techniques, including agile project delivery.
  • PMI, PRINCE, or AGILE certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mentor team members and help drive successful outcomes.
  • Initiative, determination, and a high degree of resourcefulness.
  • Strong commercial focus with experience managing both T&M and fixed-price engagements.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
