Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract diverse, high-quality candidates across all functions.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position AccuWeather as an employer of choice.
  • Optimize recruiting processes, ATS workflows, automation, reporting, and hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the full hiring lifecycle.
  • Manage and continuously improve employee onboarding programming through the first 90 days.
  • Design and manage a structured internship and early-career talent program aligned with business needs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Establish program goals, curricula, and project-based experiences for interns.
  • Create clear pathways from internship participation to full-time employment and measure program success through conversion and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience, including team or program leadership.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and employer branding.
  • Experience designing and managing internship or early-career programs.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Comfort with talent analytics and recruiting metrics analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and platforms is required, including the ability to use AI to improve productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven talent decisions.
  • Experience building strategic talent pipelines and relationship networks with candidates, hiring managers, and university partners.
