Description

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies across the territory.
  • Partner with an Account Executive to co-plan account coverage and drive product-line targets.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and other customer-facing assets to support adoption decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical champion for stakeholders to build credibility and influence product vision.
  • Enable clients through workshops and customer-facing collateral that increases technical knowledge and thought leadership.
  • Translate field-derived insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical issues and help ensure customer success in mission-critical environments.
  • Collaborate with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering client-facing solutions.
  • Credibility in influencing OLTP products and shaping roadmap capabilities with market insight.
  • Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems with Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
  • Infrastructure, platform, and administration expertise in disaster recovery, high availability, backup and recovery, scale-out methods, identity and security management, and migrations.
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and product adoption.
  • Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives in a cross-functional GTM and R&D environment.
  • Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Broad experience across two or more of data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Track record of driving complex projects to completion in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
