Description

  • Lead technical engagements with strategic customers from architectural design through data engineering and model deployment.
  • Partner with account executives and GTM leadership to build and execute account strategies across the assigned region.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and customer-facing collateral that support product adoption.
  • Build technical credibility with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and security analysts as a trusted advisor.
  • Guide customers through POCs, implementation planning, and adoption of Lakewatch from initial data offload to SIEM augmentation or replacement.
  • Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical issues in mission-critical security environments.
  • Translate field feedback and customer insights into roadmap recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Establish and refine sales qualification and POC intake processes to improve engagement quality and reduce friction.
  • Collaborate with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or security architecture experience.
  • At least 3+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role.
  • Experience designing and implementing data and AI applications in cybersecurity, including anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar.
  • Experience with SIEM deployment, tuning, detection engineering, and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with SOAR platforms is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of security telemetry across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and SaaS sources, with familiarity with standards such as OCSF.
  • Experience with detection-as-code workflows, including SQL or YAML rule authoring, CI/CD integration, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with AI tools, for programming, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native security logging and monitoring.
  • Experience working with GSIs and third-party consulting organizations.
  • Broad familiarity with security operations, data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML for security, data governance, or streaming.
  • An undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
