Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Designated Support Engineers delivering white-glove support experiences for enterprise customers.
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop a top-tier support team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to meet or exceed team performance KPIs.
  • Partner with field, engineering, support, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
  • Advocate for customer needs and help resolve technical blockers and incidents.
  • Coordinate execution across customers, account teams, and regional GTM leadership to drive high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to program enhancements and support offerings aligned to evolving customer needs.
  • Conduct internal and external Support Experience QBRs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical support or field leadership experience managing global technical teams.
  • Proven ability to hire and scale high-performing support or field teams and help team members grow into larger roles.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in Python, Java, or Scala-based application development, SQL databases, Linux/Unix systems, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Field Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and senior customer leaders.
  • Ability to work with strategic customers while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Open to occasional travel to team locations.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • M.S. degree is preferred.
