Description

  • Lead, grow, and inspire Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to overachieve on goals and objectives.
  • Own the team’s quota attainment and drive increased Databricks usage/consumption across enterprise accounts.
  • Instill a culture of teamwork focused on delivering measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success and adoption.
  • Drive ongoing learning and enablement around Databricks’ data intelligence and GenAI solutions for the sales team.
  • Participate in regional growth planning, ensure forecast accuracy, and build a durable, high-growth, customer-focused business.
  • Develop partner ecosystems to expand strategic enterprise territories and support customer success.
  • Promote and model Databricks’ core values within the team and broader organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers in Big Data, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Analytics, or AI spaces.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and scaling in hyper-growth enterprise technology companies.
  • Experience leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption/usage growth.
  • Familiarity with value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of Message.
  • Experience developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic territories and support customer outcomes.
  • Strong Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to create accurate forecasts and contribute to regional growth plans.
  • Alignment with and ability to instill Databricks’ core values in a sales organization.
  • Willingness to work remotely from listed US regions (Remote — Texas, San Francisco, Seattle, Colorado, West Coast); candidates in other locations will be considered.

Benefits

  • Local pay range / on-target earnings: $373,800 — $514,050 USD.
